• Contact the MedGEN for special sample tubes/containers/instructions.
  • Samples must leave for laboratory immediately after collection.
  • Samples going out of the country are sent on Saturday, Monday Tuesday. Please contact MedGEN before taking the sample to confirm the day on which sample should be taken and sent abroad.
  • Our courier will pick up the sample from your city within Pakistan.
  • Clinical history must be provided along with the sample
  • Test forms including consent forms must be sent with the sample
  • Sample must be labelled by hand with first name, date of sample and also write “Pakistan”
